(1) Raja Birendra, A trust named Nepal Trust will be established to manage and operate the property in the name of Queen Aishwarya and her family for the benefit of the nation.

Explanation: For the purposes of this Act “family" Banna refers to Dipendra Shah, the eldest son of King Birendra and Queen Aishwarya, and Nirajan Shah, the youngest son.

(2) The Trust shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with indissoluble succession.

(3) Trust to acquire movable and immovable property like a person, may be sold or otherwise managed.

(4) The trust can file a claim like a person and a claim can be filed against the trust in the same name.

(5) The trust can enter into contracts with individuals and exercise the rights and fulfill obligations according to the contract.

(6) There shall be a separate seal for the work of the trust and such seal shall be as determined by the committee.
